Dave finished two dining chairs with cherry stained seats and distressed black finish to beautifully match our four existing chairs. These were new, unfinished chairs from a line that the manufacturer had discontinued that we found in Winchendon Furniture's Winchendon warehouse. Dave's work exceeded our hopes for a good match. Dave also refinished a Dean's college chair that had crackled and peeling paint. He preserved the original seal and gold pin striping and restored the chair to like new. Dave is super nice and we couldn't be more pleased with his work.

What a treat it was to work with Dennis! He is friendly, upbeat and easy to work with! I had two very old dinning room tables that needed refinishing. Not only did Dennis pick them up and deliver them, he completed the job much sooner than expected and did exactly what I asked! He noticed one of the tables needed some repair and he took care of that as well! Now both tables look brand new! I would not hesitate to hire him again and would definitely recommend him!

Josh I lost your buisness card and have a things I need to get done. I was so happy to find u again!!! projects that I need done. I have to say this young man is one of the best. I have had many contractors, carpet companies, roofers. Etc. I have owned my own home for 30 Years and i am constantly upgrade it and changing the look. I met josh before his Milatary career. He did work for me then. It was always to perfection and the absolute best price. He is very respectful of your time and needs and always a gentleman with manners u wish for. In any case in the past few years josh has done a it of remodels. He opened up a wall between my kitchen and living room that Ali e made me jump with joy. What he did after was truly amazing. Granite breakfast nook, with an island in the kitchen. Took my breath away. He painted every room in my home and put in hardwood bamboo flooring. That was the biggest project he had done for me. I wouldn't even think of using anyone else, but I also frugal and wanted to make sure his prices were with standards. He saved me on that big job 18 thousand dollars. The quality of what he did above and beyond. I just had my house appraised and the value went UP 30K!! So now I would like my master bedroom and bathroom gutted and have josh work his magic. I will be in touch soon josh. I would like to go over the plans do u can price out the job and draw it up. Look forward to seeing u soon. I am sure your little ones are getting big. One last really none of my business comment I saw someone gave u one star? I have referred you to at least 10 of my friends. Refinishing their floors etc. and they were very impressed with ur professionalism and work ethic. So maybe this woman is just having a hard time in life and unfortunately they have a hard time dealing with stress and expect people to be at their call when demanded. The hard part of being self employed. You have made so many happy. Please do not let this person disturb u in any way. Maybe she has personal stuff going on who knows. Just keep going. I want my project done now so call tomorrow!! Sorry that was a joke. Maybe in poor taste. I will pray for the woman that she find happiness in something. Thank u josh. Talk soon

Your professionalism and work ethics have exceeded my expectations. Your services as a handyman has been exceptional. After previously having some work done and the individual requested advance payment and then left not completing the work that was paid for. You came behind.. the mess... and completed numerous services including completing installation of crown molding, assembly shed, yard maintenance, replacement of doors, electrical, bathroom upgrade, floor installation (wood and tile)and exterior/interior painting of walls, porch, and deck. Because of your handyman experience you were able to provide a wide range of services. You provided affordable prices (discount provided for multiple jobs). Your performance has been a positive experience.

A few rooms in my house needed their floors refinished in polyurethane. I couldn't do it on my own so I called Orlando Contracting to come look at my project. They stuck to their original quote, didn’t overcharge me and even gave me a 10% military discount! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a contractor!

I'm design challenged - I just don't have a good eye for color or furniture placement. I hired Nicole to come out to my home and assist with paint color selection, furniture placement (room did not flow) and window treatments. She was incredibly helpful, attentive and creative! She thought of things I would have never considered, and my room feels so much cleaner, while still cozy and functional. She was able to use some of my existing pieces and re-work them with paint / simple upholstery techniques (coffee table became an ottoman) She knows all the tricks of the trade - what size area rug to use based on room size, how to hang curtains so my room appeared larger. So many ideas. She's not afraid to get her hands dirty, but also knows when to step back and simply provide suggestions. No pressure. Very reasonable pricing. I'm a fan - highly recommend.

What sets us apart is our approach; we look for those elements that have been long forgotten and utilize their unique qualities in our designs. An old building that is left to rot may hold the key to a one-off piece of furniture that speaks of its origin and that of the history once held in that building to be shared with future generations. Our areas of specialization are the following: furniture design and fabrication, furniture restoration, sculpture, installation and found object art, painting and printmaking, metal fabrication, jewelry and silversmithing, fabric and textile construction, and gallery construction and operations.
