I run a construction business building and remodeling ,I used Kathy to come in and do final clean up before the home owners occupied the premises. She went above and beyond when she did our clean up.that's when I decided to use her on every job that needed cleaning.my customers have even hiered her do be their house cleaning .permanently.She is honest and the hardest and most efficient cleaning person I have ever used.

Kathy was pleasant, professional and did a thorough cleaning during her first visit. She spent extra time on the bathrooms and moved on to the microwave and oven at the end. She seems eager to go above and beyond and asked me to leave a list of additional cleaning for when she has some extra time. I was very comfortable with her and her assistant and feel she will be a real asset.

I liked her very much and trusted her implicitly. We did not review the job when she was finished. There was one window that was only partially cleaned by her assistant and she did not ask if she could put away the storm windows that she had taken down. I would have at least appreciated her asking.
