We had set up a phone call at a time and Michelle was right on time. And she followed up a few days latter with another phone to see what our decision was.Now we have an appointment set to make a plan of action to proceed with the projectApr 30, 2020Verified

In the midst of the Covid shutdown in March, our Law Firm switched billing/timekeeping software and upgraded from QB Desktop to QBO. As the year progressed and we tripled our billing, we realized that something horribly wrong had happened in the migration from desktop to QBO. Michelle is phenomenal. What I thought was a small auditing project was really a three month overhaul of our accounting system - and she handled the challenges with Grace, Professionalism, and a positive, goal-oriented outlook. Working with Michelle these last few months has given me a first-class education in accounting. She is thorough, patient, and listened to the needs of those she is teaching with the honesty and respect you would expect from a true professional. I’m proud to say that I have Michelle and Full Charge on my side in a jam. Your biggest mistake is not calling Full Charge today.Jan 8, 2021

Michelle is amazing. She consistently displays professionalism and an acute awareness of her client's needs. She's handled my taxes for the past two years and has done a fantastic job cleaning up my business and personal books. I'd recommend her for any project related to taxes, accounting or business management. She's the real deal.Mar 26, 2019

On Jan 20, 2020 we contracted Full Service Bus Solutions to help us establish bookkeeping in QuickBooks and to help us file our 2018 and 2019 taxes. They required 50% deposit ($2500) in advance then delivered nothing, week after week. Their service was awful. All we got from them was one pathetic excuse after another for why our project was not progressing. They promised detailed weekly reports, full transparency in charging and to meet deadlines and objectives, but what they actually delivered was NOTHING. This outfit is Michelle and here finance. They were a total sham. I have filed a dispute with Thumbtack and intend to pur-sue full reimbursement for my deposit in small claims court.Apr 28, 2020VerifiedFull Charge Business Solutions's reply
Hi Diane, I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed with our service. As stated over the phone, your project was delayed by a previous client's project going severely over estimated time. In response, we've changed our company policies to make this sure doesn't happen again. As both our documentation shows, we were upfront and honest about the situation from the beginning, and both my wife and I were working overtime to try to meet your project's deadline. In our first meeting you mentioned you wanted detailed weekly reports and time tracking. We responded it would add about 10-20 hours to the estimate for documentation. Your response was that it wouldn't be necessary as long as we are open to communication via email or phone, which we were. I even remember you mentioning that a previous accountant had "ghosted" you and refused to respond to any of your messages. We would have continued working on your project and delivered a clean QuickBooks Online account if you hadn't removed our access without warning on March 20th. Prior to that, we had phone conversation where we asked you a few questions about your finances, as it looked like some documents were missing. You provided those documents and we let you know your completion date changed to April 3rd. Additionally, there was out-of-scope work in that second set of documents that we mentioned we wouldn't charge you for; it would just take some more time. We were under the impression you agreed with the tentative April 3rd completion date, then we woke up March 20th to you having removed our access to your QuickBooks. On the same day and within minutes of noticing revoked access, I called you to ask what was wrong. Your response was rude, unprofessional and borderline abusive. You demanded a full refund, despite your deposit invoice clearly saying that refunds aren't available once work has begun. As a compromise, we offered to refund the amount of work left undone, to which you agreed. Due to work done on your two sets of documents and comparisons done in Excel, hours left on your deposit amounted to $780.00, which we are still willing to refund you. Full Charge Business Solutions is a professional, trustworthy company that will never lie about hours worked. We can't refund you double the amount of unfinished work on your project, even if you threaten our reputation. We want to make this right, but we won't be intimidated into refunding you an arbitrary amount. Both Michelle and I are saddened this project went this way and have already made changes to make sure this kind of situation never happens again. If you'd like to work towards resolving this issue, please email me. I'm always available. Sean Triglianos Owner Full Charge Business Solutions email@example.com
