- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That it all depends on exactly what the issue is with your device. I have to have a clear understanding what the issue is before you can rely on a exact estimate. But I can assure you I will always beat the competitions price! My parts are also top notch and are backed by a lifetime warranty !
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ask them how they heard of me and also add them to my customer list and give them a free estimate like we always offer, backed by our lifetime warranty !!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my degree in Computer Engineering. I also have my A++ Computer Hardware Certification. I have studied all aspects of the electronics repair business from older equipment to the new day age technology. I can do it all and if I can’t fix it you will never be charged :)
