My old Heat Maker combination heat & hot water boiler unit starting backfiring again for the 3rd time in 30+ years on Tuesday due a failed burner pot.Dan Quoted me a competitive price on Wednesday, I accepted it, he ordered a new Rennai system, removed the old system and installed the mounting plywood and unit on Thursday. He completed all of the plumbing on Friday and had it operational by 5:30 pm that day. I was very pleased as the night time temperature went down to -6 degrees that night. He worked quickly and professionally.

I called Dan in a panic as my heat wasn't working he said he would call me in the AM and he did as he promise. He was able to come to my house 1st thing in the morning and fixed what needed to be fixed.

My central air conditioner died during a week of 90 degree, high humidity weather. I have COPD so breathing is very difficult. Dan at NextGen called, made an appoint for the following day to quote the job. While giving me his quote Dan from NextGen stated he could get the replacement unit and install it the following day if his quote was accepted. I had spoken with 3 contractors, one said he was scheduling work six weeks out! After a long weekend with no air conditioner I thought I was losing my mind.NextGens price was more than fair and the fact that Dan fit me into the work schedule, the very next day, was a major factor in my decision. NextGen replaced my air conditioner and solved my problem in an affordable and professional manner. What more could I ask? Thank You Dan, I appreciate you more than I can say!

Dan was fantastic from the outset in helping us get a new natural gas steam boiler installed. His professionalism was top notch compared to others I had been in contact to get quotes. Dans prices are the best in the area in my opinion on top of the fact that he includes additional work that others would not have done (air vents, thermostat install). Scheduling was a breeze with him and he got the job done quickly, effectively, and will most definitely be getting a call back from us if we ever run into any future heating or cooling needs!
