- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system is not complicated at all. in shop it's one of two flat rates, $79, or $179, plus any hardware you may need if any. On site $129/hour. We also have service plans available for preventative maintenance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are always playing with new technology not only for education, but for fun! Computers and technology are our passion.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started with a Commodore 64/128 and grew with the industry. It was something I have always had a passion for since I was young.
