Ortiz was fast, professional and extremely polite and friendly. He offered to come by at a fairly late hour basically minutes after posting , and he fixed our problem including going to home depot to fetch a part in just over an hour. Ortiz is the kind of guy who makes problems go away without fuss or drama. Hire him if you get the chance!
