My style of photography is unique and different from what you may see in other photography. My goal is to create art from the moments you will cherish and remember for the rest of your life. It is an honor for me to be a part of this process.
I enjoy being able to capture beautiful moments in peoples lives. I like to believe my photos are more than just ink on paper. They are moments captured. My photos give people the opportunity to relive a certain special moment in their life, and I love being able to do that for them. I like to create. I never give this much writing to anyone but Brain is an exception. I am awestruck by myself after seeing my own wedding pictures. Brian was an amazing photographer, and we cannot recommend him enough! He made us all feel so comfortable (despite the wedding-day jitters!) and brought humor and genuine kindness to our wedding. Brian is amazing! Do yourself a favor and book him for your event if he is available. Brian is so easy-going, reliable, and fun to work with! He made everyone feel super comfortable (including my husband and I who feel very awkward posing for photos) and got the best combination of posed and candid shots. He also accommodated last minute changes (pouring rain and change from outdoor to indoor ceremony) with professionalism and ease. We received the photos SO quickly and the quality is outstanding! We had a great experience with Brian as the photographer for our wedding. The photography was one of the most important aspects of our wedding for me as it was a small, intimate ceremony. He was very easy to communicate with during planning and personable with our friends and family during our wedding. We threw every challenge at Brian being it was an outdoor wedding with small children, our puppy, and had a smokey fire pit going the entire time... and he absolutely blew us away when we got the pictures back just a week after our wedding! The pictures were everything I had hoped for and there are even some that I am so happy he thought of for us! He was very professional, giving tips and even kept helping make sure my dress looked perfect! We cannot say enough great things about Brian and his photographs. A huge thank you for capturing our special day, perfectly!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every event and photoshoot requested is different. Price can vary depending on the location, hours covered, #of people, images desired, etc. Explain to me the best you can about your photoshoot/event and I can give you an exact quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. You contact me through Thumbtack, E-Mail, Phone, Facebook, etc.
2. We discuss details about the shoot.
3. I give you a quote.
4. If the quote works for you, we talk on the phone about more details of the photoshoot and how to book the day with me.
5. If you decide you want to book me, I take a deposit of $200-$500 depending on the shoot and we sign a contract booking the date for you. (for weddings only)
6. As the date gets closer, I get back in touch with you and we go over all the details again. (for weddings only)
7. I photograph the event or photoshoot!
8. I contact you when your photo package is ready.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working as a professional photographer since 2011. I have worked 6 years at a photography studio learning the way around a camera, lighting, posing, etc. Everything I have learned was either from on the job training or self taught.
