I had central AC system that would not run and showed a wiring issue, I thought was caused by a blown fuse. I had this problem looked at previously and it seemed at one time a year we would blow a fuse in the air handler. He arrived as promised and worked through an excellent trouble shooting process identifying two components that needed replace. Even with this the unit failed to operate properly. He came back they next day to look at two more possible areas that might be causing the problem. He discovered the root cause of the problem in a Nest thermostat and changed it out, fixing the problem! He kept me informed and involved through the entire process and I’m one hundred percent satisfied. This is a smart young man, with excellent technical knowledge and the latest in tools. He is polite, friendly and professional. His rates are fair. He did a much better job than other techs have in spring start up.
