I hired Alex to fix the shower handle at my condo for my tenant. He was very responsive and professional. Alex communicated with my tenant as I requested and coordinated to do the repairs. He arrived on time and troubleshoot the issue. Provided me with clear details on what the problem is and how he will fix it. He also drove to a few hardware stores for the parts. Unfortunately, I had to order the part, but Alex was flexible and was able to come back the next day to installed it. I would hired Alex again for future issues. He was easy to work with and clear about what is needed and cost upfront.
