Bill Jones & Sons Lawn Care & Landscaping exceeded my expectations. The quality of their work was outstanding and the project came out better than I hoped.
The communication with this company during the project was excellent. From first contact thru the completion of the project, Darren Jones kept us fully informed at every step. At the start, Darren recommended several options and the pros/cons of each. He even sent me product information so I could make an informed decision. All of this timely communications gave us confidence that the project would result in the irrigation system we wanted.
Darren and this crew showed up on-time, worked diligently the whole day, and then cleaned-up/organized their tools and supplies before knocking off for the day. They even overcame 2 rain-days and a number of additional misty/damp days to finish the project. Darren planed the project and executed well, even planning in the under-ground irrigation system conduit before installing the patio over the water source, avoiding any re-work or schedule delay. That’s planning ahead! Darren even rescheduled some of the work around a family event we had planned. This showed great flexibility to get the job done and balance it with the needs of the homeowner.
When the project was done, Jones & Sons cleaned up everything and reseeded all disturbed areas.
In addition to the outstanding work Jones did, we were equally impressed by the professionalism, politeness, and respectfulness of Darren and his whole crew. Having trust and confidence in your contractor is as important on a major project like this as is the quality of their work. In this case, both were of the utmost quality.
The workmanship of Jones & Sons is evident in the overall quality and attention to details. In addition to the patio/walkway, we know the irrigation system will allow the lawn to become as beautiful as the patios/walkway Jones & Sons installed.

They came to estimate in this morning and completed the job the same day. They did excellent job across the property and hauled away the leaves, pine needles, shrub cuttings, and small tree limbs that fell in recent storm.

had an appointment last tuesday for a quote - arrived 30 minutes late. said they’d have the quote to me in 24-48 hrs, never received it so i contacted them friday to follow up on the quote - never heard back.
