Introduction: I am a Certified Speaker/Trainer/Coach and a partner with the John Maxwell Leadership Development Team. I also have over 35 years of experience Developing people and teams working together to accomplish goals whether in Advertising, Retail Management and non profit through the American Red Cross. I am also a certified DISC trainer helping to bring people of varying personalities together to accomplish common goals. I have worked with a number of businesses to help them to improve profitability and production. I have also worked successfully with several individuals looking to improve their skills in order to advance their careers and find new careers as well. I love working with people to show them what they can achieve and what they can become. Bringing out the best in people and helping individuals and businesses be the best they can be through Leadership Development gives me my greatest sense of accomplishment.
