- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes sq ft for walkways, patios, retaining walls, stone walls, steps and other jobs are done by material costs and labor all quotes given are for full job price no surprises what I quote you will be the final price unless add ons by the customer come after original estimate
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From the moment a customer contacts me I set up an appointment at the customers convenience to meet with them and give them a Free estimate on the work they would like to have done if the customer agrees on the price I then sit down with the customer to go through the options and preferences on materials,colors etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing Masonry work for 24years with great satisfaction from all of my customers I always strive for perfection and honesty and integrity are my main attributes.
