Cannot say enough good things about Suzanne. We first met Suzanne 3 years ago after having two houses falling through with our previous agent. My wife and I were absolutely demoralized and were ready to give up, but after some insistence from some friends of ours we reached out to her. We were very nervous at first, we were first time home buyers and had been looking at houses for 6 months. On top of that we'd had two transactions fall through for seemingly no reason. Suzanne met with us walked us through the process of buying a home and found us the perfect house. It was a breath of fresh air. From when we met Suzanne to when we closed on our dream home it was less then 45 days. After living in our home for 3 years we decided it was time to move. We didn't hesitate in calling Suzanne. With in a week she walked us through what we needed to do to sell it and went to work. In 55 days we had 22 showings on our home, and with Suzanne's keen eye on the market were able to get what we needed to sell our home, while still keeping negotiations amicable and pleasant. We cannot recommend Suzanne enough.

Finding Suzanne was a serious case of serendipity, but Im sure glad we did! My fiance actually contacted her because she was the listing agent on a property we were interested in, but she had just sold it that morning. She was very willing to help us into a new home though, and actually found us a list of about ten properties she thought we might be interested in that same afternoon!The next evening, she had scheduled us to go look at two of them. We loved one of the first ones we saw, and the seller accepted our offer before the weekend was out! The whole process from Suzanne looking for us, to us moving into our new home only took about two months, and were incredible grateful to her and her team.If youre looking for an agent, I would definitely recommend Suzanne Damon. Her office is warm, friendly, and very responsive even to panicky first-time home buyers like us! Suzanne and her assistant, Trisha, were available day and night for questions or concerns, and were fantastic throughout the whole process.When we move in the future, Susanne is who were calling to list for us and find our next new home!

The best decision I made recently was to hire Suzanne Damon who owns RE/MAX Insight. I had a negative experience in 2015 working with a realtor who only got 6 viewings for my house in 6 months and never resulted in a sale. Well, we hired Suzanne Damon Realty on December 29th and in 2 days, had over 14 showings already booked. Karen Rivard who works with Suzanne was amazing and marketed the property to the max. In fact, Karen actually was doing a 2nd showing to 2 clients who were very interested on January 1st. To set up appointments and give up her holiday to how our property was amazing and epitomizes the level of support this agency provided. We had 2 offers on the table only 3 days after going live and we were able to get more then the asking price. From going live to accepting an offer only took 4 days. I am so impressed by this company and how hard they work. They set up in teams to maximize the skillset and the results are evident. They are the only realty company that I will ever deal with again. Suzanne Damon Realty is amazing and I wish I had discovered them back in 2015. I highly recommend them and guarantee that they will sell your property in record time.

Suzanne Damon met and exceeded our hopes and expectations of what selling agent could do for us. Our mothers house sold quickly, just six weeks from listing to closing. We were happy with the price we received and the process that got us there. It all started from the moment we saw information on the Remax website that she had sold homes in our area. Her state of the art technology allowed her to make instant contact and set up a meeting with us ASAP. From the moment we met her we knew that our house and our wishes for it had her full attention. Her energetic personality and easy manner, her communication skills, and her extensive knowledge of the market impressed us. By the time she left, she had shown us comps, articulated a strategy for sales, walked the property and given excellent advice about how to make it more marketable. The photos that her staff took of the property were outstanding. She and her staff employed texting and apps to keep us abreast almost instantly of all showings and developments. Closing was smooth. By the time the sale was complete, we couldnt have been more satisfied. We dont plan on selling our own home for some time, but we have already asked Suzanne to be our selling agent.
