- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a range from Good, Better, or Best roof replacements options, fitting within our homeowners budgets. All options are backed by a 50 year manufacturer warranty, with full financing also available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An appointment, lay out all roofing options tailored to that project, an inspection to make sure there are no surprises. Update the customer through ordering materials and installation dates. Follow up after completion.
