Our first time working with Blackdog Design was for a full remodel of our kitchen and the project went so well that we decided to call on them again for remodeling two upstairs bathrooms and to replace all of the wall to wall carpet on the 2nd floor with hardwood flooring. The team we worked with for the project was fantastic! John, the project designer, listened to our ideas about what we wanted to change and the direction that we had for the design and then worked very collaboratively with us to provide multiple options to choose from and provide practical solutions to achieve the look and feel we were hoping for while also making it functional and beautiful. Bree, the project manager, worked with us to set an aggressive timeline, kept us informed on all of the different stages, and was a master at troubleshooting issues that popped up but still keeping the project on time. Patrick, lead carpenter and daily contact, kept us informed on day-to-day progress, kindly explaining everything that was being done, and tackling some challenging issues like rebuilding a wall to work with the new medicine cabinets and plumbing that was being installed. All of the subcontractors brought in to do tile work, plumbing, flooring, and painting did an excellent job. We are very happy with the results of working with Blackdog Design on our two remodeling projects and can highly recommend them."See more
