This review is long overdue! Back in September/October 2024, we had had a leak behind some baseboard molding, which required repairing the baseboard molding after the leak was fixed. Dan was so kind and responsive. We have a young child and wanted to get the repair done ASAP (to cover any exposed nails etc. over for safely). Dan was very understanding and made the time to get to us immediately. He did a wonderful job repairing the baseboard molding, was professional, and we were so grateful to have had it done quickly as well!
