Jamie D. says, "We had a ugly cable installed on the exterior of the house by Comcast removed and reinstalled through the walls into my office. We also had an Ethernet line installed in my basement game room. Ray responded quickly and communicated well. We had a little bit of a communication hiccup with the actual workers due to a language barrier. I did have to go to home depot during the job since the worker didn't have the right cable and also didn't have the right faceplate. I've had electric work done at my home and I'm used to the electrician just having all materials available since they don't know what they need till they see the job in person. Also little things were off like the incorrect faceplate that was put on wasn't screwed into the wall and the cable was impossiblely short to be practical. It barely reached my modem. I did reach out to Ray and express my concerns and he quickly sent his workers back to address the issues. He was very professional and apologetic. I appreciate that he promptly responded and fixed it. His price was very fair for the work. The workers were respectful of my home and took their shoes off. They also vacuumed the mess left behind from cutting holes in the wall. I did have some issues but it was due to a communication issue with the worker and not really a big deal. Stuff happens and it was resolved without a fuss. I would still recommend hiring Ray's company."See more
