I don't want to wait a week to hear back from you, another week to hear when you can come look at it and then who knows when before you actually DO the job. I get it, it's a busy time of year but I don't want to play games! I had a fast response from Joe, he came out to look at the job that night and gave us a fair estimate. He spelled out exactly what was to be done. He was courteous, he was professional and he listened intently to exactly what we wanted done. Joe made some great suggestions, which we went with. We had our quote that day, we booked the job, that night. The job was done 4 days later. He was on time, neat ( picked up after himself), professional, explained what he was doing and reviewed how it would work when he was finished. He even stayed to make sure, I knew how to hook things up in case Hubs wasn't home during the next power outage. I really cannot say enough about Joe. He is great at what he does and is a pleasure to work with."See more
