We wanted carpets replaced in two living rooms with laminate flooring. Nathaniel was prompt in visiting for an estimate, and gave us a fair and competitive price. We had two heavy items in the room that I could not move myself, but Nathaniel was gracious enough to offer to move them and actually had to move an item twice due to a last-minute change on our part. He had estimated about 2 days to complete the project, but wrapped up the work in about a day and a half. The job was excellent and to our satisfaction. They were very professional the entire time. I felt that they went above and beyond what we agreed upon when helped me with the disposal - they helped load my vehicle twice and helped me at the landfill. We are very happy with the quality of his work, and will gladly do business with him again. I highly recommend his services to others.

Nathaniel showed up "on time" to give me an estimate for laminate flooring in my kitchen. Two other contractors did not even return my calls... He gave me a fair price, but most of all, I found him to be very curtious, neat, very prompt. and he knew what he was doing. I was especially impressed how he paid attention to details. I thought I would not be able to use my kitchen for 3 days, but that was not the case. Every night he cleaned up and was prepared for the next day. The work he did was paining of a living room, stairway, and very high vaulted ceiling. LOTS of cut in work with picture frame wainscoting and french doors. The work ran about a week or so. Hey kept good communication with us throughout the process. His work was detailed and complete. He was willing to work weekends to get the work done to meet our deadline. He was very professional and positive. All in all, a great experience. Reasonable cost.

nathan, has worked for me twice..first he did all my laminate flooring...shows up early and works long hours second he painted for me.. was happy with his work again worked long hours to get the job done.. prices are very reasonable, happy with his work

It seems painters are a dime a dozen, and then a master craftsman like Nathan comes along and you are blown away. Firstly, extremely easy to work with - listens to your needs and then delivers exceeding your expectations. He is beyond neat and pays attention to the tiniest of details. His work is gorgeous! He painted my entire office, my entire home, and completed additional projects including vinyl tile flooring and bathroom granite counters installation. He is stuck with me for life.

At Braley Home Renovations we specialize in all phases of Interior and Exterior painting as well as installations of all varieties of flooring. We also build custom hardwood staircases and provide other finish carpentry related services, like trim, baseboard, crown moulding and cabinet installations. Bathroom and kitchen remodels are also one of our specialties.

First and foremost, the most important thing for a homeowner and a contractor to have is a mutual trust. At Braley Home Renovations we have a track record that speaks for itself, and building a trustworthy relationship is always one of my main priorities.
