I needed help and I reached out to HighLevel Garage doors. I left a message and received a call back in ten minutes and a a tech Justin Rice was at my house in less than one hour. Justin seen my issues and researched the items I needed. He drove some 15+ miles and picked up a pair of springs and installed them and got my door fixed.I never used these people before but all I can say is if you ever need help these guys are the real deals.Thanks for the fixRobert

We had HighLevel install a new garage door at our home and we couldn't be happier about the experience! First, they have a great selection of beautiful doors, we went with this "wood look" door, which not only looks very convincing and high-quality, but is a very well-built door overall. The techs, Lloyd and Justin, were friendly and professional. Once they arrived, they very quickly installed the new door and spring, a brand new keypad, and a new super quiet lift. Throughout the visit, care and attention was shown to correctly balancing and programming everything and instructing us on how to use our new door. If we ever need garage doors in the future, we'll definitely be calling HighLevel!
