The experience of getting my garage doors replaced from start to finish was excellent. HighLevel communicates at every step, including the owner reaching out to make sure I was satisfied. It started with the consultation with Justin who was extremely knowledgeable. He visited my home, walked me through the various door and door opener options, answered every question I asked courteously, and treated me with utmost respect. The installation went great! Lloyd was on time, very professional, explained everything to me, and was gracious each time I peaked in to see how it was going. Very much appreciate the hard work Lloyd did, the communication from everyone at HighLevel, and the ease with which this entire project was completed.

HighLevel is the perfect name for this local family owned business! I recently consulted and ultimately hired the team to replace my aging garage doors and all hardware. The tech was on time and very helpful. He also gave recommendations on upcoming service in the next 12 months. Final bill came in less than estimate (which is always a +).
