Luciano and his crew did an excellent job on my master bathroom, I tend to be very picky about the tile but he pointed me in the right direction and the installation came out perfect me and my wife are very happy. I even had them paint my living room and dining area. Only concerns I had was with the paint finish being satin instead of flat, but its been years since the job and I'm glad we went that route, its easier to get dirt and the mess the kids make off the walls. 9/10 would recommend.
