Ken did a fantastic job painting and caulking our kitchen and countertops. I especially like the way the contract was written up. It was very detailed in what the job entailed and what the expectations were for the job. Ken is very professional, arrives on time, and an excellent communicator. Element Properties was quite professional, informative, and detailed throughout my dealings. They responded promptly to all questions, and put everything into a contract. They set a schedule, arrived right on time, worked efficiently with minimal disruption to the rest of my home, cleaned the work area once completed, and made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving. They stuck to their estimate and did excellent work. I would use them again.

Ken did some work for me replacing trim in a few rooms. Nice guy to talk to, prompt in his follow through, a very detailed quote. The job itself had a quite few things pop up and required some work by myself to complete the job (significant caulking/filling/sanding).
Edit: Responding to Ken. He is absolutely correct that I did not reach out regarding issues. If given the chance, I have no doubt that he would have rectified it.

We offer different packages for services. Not everyone wants niche work done and that's okay. You can still have great work done without without overpaying.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we can go over your project via Text, Email or Phone call. Initially we can review pictures via sent by clients or review the property through the MLS Realtor Database and in some cases we can come do in person walk throughs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of us have had 10 plus years of experience in the trade field if not vocational school.
