- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always discuss the pricing directly with each customer during our consult.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is quite simple. Once you reach out and accept my quote I offer to set up a complimentary consult. During the consult, we discuss your goals, specific expectations they may have in regards to the process and timeframe to achieve their goals. We review rate and payment options. There are never any surprises. Then we set the date and time for our first session and we begin! Your world will be forever changed!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
First and foremost my experiences as a mother of three very active young men while working full-time as an elementary school teacher/school administrator, and more recently as an educational mentor and certified coach. I have a very diversified vitae and a love for life and every blessed day that life offers!! My resume’ is bulleted with years of study, degrees, certifications, recognitions, licenses, and experiences related to my field of study and careers. Regardless, of the position, I have had to lead a very organized and systematic life to be successful, efficient, and productive in my day. Communication has played an integral role throughout my career as has active listening. Helping an individual realize that they have it within themselves to figure out what is best for them has always been my goal. I don't bring canned programs or an answer book. Whether it's a life decision, career change or de-cluttering and organizing your space, I start with you and go from there.
