FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates are charged hourly; we believe this approach is more flexible and practical, as it is tailored to the size and complexity of each specific project. Every space is unique, so the time required may vary depending on the volume of items and the specific type of organization the client needs. For projects of particular complexity—or when it proves more economically advantageous for the client—we have also successfully worked on a fixed-rate basis. In every instance, we guarantee efficient work and significant results. We require a minimum session duration of four hours. Should the client and the project require it, we can assist in selecting organizational products—such as bins, dividers, and containers—that fit perfectly into existing shelving, drawers, and closets, thereby creating organizational systems that are both practical and easy to maintain.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process begins with a meeting to define the client’s priorities and needs. We can start on the very day of the site visit—depending on the client’s urgency—or we can schedule a specific start date for the project. Next, I sort the items and designate specific zones for each category within the space. If the client requires bins, hooks, or other supplies, I provide guidance on purchasing and selecting the specific items needed for the project. If necessary, we can assemble or install shelving units to improve storage efficiency and maximize the use of the available space. My goal is not merely to organize the space, but to create solutions that truly integrate seamlessly into the household’s daily routine.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Four years ago, I became certified through a Chicago-based company that provided me with the tools to bring my skills-and my dream-to life, enabling me to assist more households through professional space organization services. Additionally, I earned a certification as a Master Interior Planner; this allows me to help create functional spaces by assisting our clients in transforming their surroundings and filling them with well-being and harmony.
