Victor came to my home to inspect and review issues I have been having with my roof. He was EARLY, ha a contractor thats early. Set the tone of the appointment as positive right off the bat. Victor was incredibly knowledgeable, personable and super easy to talk to. After diagnosing my issues he was able to simply illustrate the problems as well as recommendations to solve. Of all the estimates I received Victor was white glove all the way. I wouldnt go with anybody else. Highly recommend Black Swan Roofing!

Viktor at Black Swan Roofs is awesome! In a recent wind storm I had a shingle come loose. He came out the day after I talked to him and had it fixed quickly.Also, he gave me honest feedback on the status of my roof (original from 1993). He said it does not need to be replaced now, but will likely need it in the next 3-5 years. To keep an eye out for more loose shingles, and if it starts to happen more frequently then it may be time to have the new roof conversation.Highly recommend Black Swan Roofs!

Great experience with Black Swan, if youre looking for a company with great customer service, best products and fantastic install, look no further. I had many companies come out to look at my roof, nobody was as thorough as Victor and did I say he wowed me at the end with pricing.phenomenal.
