I've lived in Italy on and off over the course of 30 years and have spent much of that time education myself and working with wonderful chefs there to learn technique, recipes, and a wide assortment of regional dishes. I'm also very well versed in Mediterranean and American cooking. I love to cook and see people enjoy a fabulous meal. My creative side is fed by cooking.

    I've been in it on and off for 28 years. I love cooking and food.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Make sure the chef is on the same page as you are in order to be a suitable fit. I create customer profiles with likes, dislikes etc... so that I can accommodate everyone on a personal level. Have the chef make you a meal as an addition to the interview.
