Tom returned my call the day I contacted him. He came and gave me an estimate for the work and also found ways to save me a little. His prices are competitive and his work is very good. He cleans up after his workday. When I thought there was a continuing issue after a small job he did, Tom came right back to try to fix it. It turns out it was not his work but an entirely different problem that needed a plumber, but he did not charge for the return visit. He is friendly and very knowledgeable.
