- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
NH Agents are required to take so many classes each year to maintain their licenses. i typically take more than required because there's always something new to learn. Classess are another way to reconnect with agents from other agency's. the art of this business is networking.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Learned from my family about new construction and rental business. Real estate sales was a natural progression.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
75% of my transactions are representing the buyer side. I love working with buyers, hunting down the right home, negotiating the best deal is quite satisfiying. overall helping buyers or sellers fulfill thier American dream is amazing. I love my job.
