Introduction: As a newly certified Sedona Adventures' Soul Transformational Life Coach my main focus is to assist individuals in their spiritual awakening and growth. My mission is to help make the process less daunting and scary and to remind you throughout that there is a brighter light on the other other side of whatever it is you are currently experiencing, that you are divine love, whole and everything is happening as it should be. I will share tools and proven modalities to help you through the scary process and get you to the next level in your journey. Because I have had my own awakening I can share what I have learned so far along my journey that has helped me crawl out of the darkest period of my life, (dark knight of the soul) how to work with dealing with panic attacks, learning to manage anxiety, do away with over worrying and to conquer fear based negative thinking.
