- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Entrée & A la Carte menu is priced by half pan and Full Pan. Hors d'oeuvres menu is priced by per person. To view my full menu please visit my website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new customers I would advice them to view my menu on my website. We would discuss any questions or concerns. Once the customer has made a decision, they must fill out an order form. An invoice and a contract will be sent to the customer within 48 hours. The customer must pay the deposit within 24 hours to secure the date requested.
