To really learn a language requires listening, reading, writing and speaking skills. I will teach you how to use all four skills in a meaningful way, so that you train your ears, mind and mouth to acquire the French language. I love it when people realize they can understand spoken French and start to use the language themselves!

I generally charge $40 per hour.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I recently attended the Institut de Français in Ville-Franche, France, where I spent a month in an immersion atmosphere--all French, all the time. I also follow and learn from the newest theories on language acquisition. Most recently, I have begun using a computer based SRS (Spaced Repetition System) that is a very effective method for learning and retaining vocabulary and pronunciation.
