FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Custom window shade installation: Essential $299 per window installed, Premium $399 per window installed, installation-only $65 per window when you supply the shades, and motorized $589+ per window for motor, remote, and installation, with the shade sold separately. Consultation and measuring are free. For New York City jobs: $75 trip fee, 3-window minimum, and tolls and parking at cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every job starts with a free consultation and measuring. I measure right, install the shades, and leave it clean. One installer, one standard: done right the first time.
