I needed a hood vent installed in the kitchen. he came quickly, and worked carefully to install what turned out to a very tricky imstallation. He solved the probelems that were encountered and the job was done beautifully. Am very happy and plan on hiring him again in the near future.

I booked Ivan to install metal balusters for me. His profile lists one hourly rate. He arrived and quoted another rate, but said the job would take 3-4 hours. He stretched the job out to 8 hours and after checking his work, I had to stand watch to make sure he re-installed them correctly. Many were loose. Some weren’t ever screwed on to the stairs.

That’s was different kind of job, you choose handyman jobs, but asking do contractors job. And by the way I gives you flat rate right away. Never told you it’s be 4 hours. You bought cheap balusters , that’s why adjustment take so long. And you saw it. I have no idea why you complain
