What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the requirements customers have. Basically, after analyzing the project with the client I will be able to determine the hours that will be spent to deliver this project and the total amount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There are going to be 3 stages from starting point to deliverance. First stage, we are going to have an online meeting to discuss your requirements and finalize your business needs. Second stage,we will have an other meeting where I am going to explain Implementation process with a process flow diagram. If project is very simple, these two stages can be included together. Third and final stage, project will be delivered to the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have masters degree in "Information Technology" and experience and trainings in OOPs, hosting platforms, Web Development, Databases, Web Services.
