- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All on-site estimates are free. Pricing varies depending on the size of your lawn, the type of work needed, and the overall size of the project. Every property is different, so we prefer to take a look in person and provide a fair estimate based on the work required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process starts with meeting in person during the free on-site estimate. This gives us a chance to look at the property, understand what you’d like done, answer any questions, and provide a fair price based on the work needed. We also believe that meeting face-to-face helps build trust from the beginning, which is very important to us when working with a new customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of our training has come from years of hands-on experience in the field. For over 5 years, we’ve worked directly on residential properties and learned what works by doing the job — from cleanups and edging to mulch beds, rock beds, trimming, and regular maintenance. Every property teaches you something different, and that experience has helped us become more confident, efficient, and detail-oriented in the work we provide.
