Needed to replace the fan motor on an LG refrigerator. They charged an outrageous price of $790 (originally wanted $920). They even asked me “what was I willing to pay”? What? Faced with the prospect of rotting food, I paid the $790. After the repair, I did a quick AI evaluation of what that work SHOULD cost in Houston: ChatGPT says it should be between $250 to $400 for parts and labor ($400 sounds more reasonable). My bad for being busy and not doing my homework. Two stars because the tech had the part and repaired my refrigerator in one service call. I will never hire this firm again. BUYER BEWARE!
