I am very happy and impressed with the outstanding job that Vincent completed in our home. He was punctual and let me know when he was on his way. During this scary time, he took all the necessary precautions and he was a very personable guy. He left at noon and my carpets are dry and look brand new. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Walking them through the process getting input on problem area, what was spilled and how long ago type question. I like having customer check on the job while its being done so i can answer any questions or concern then have a final walk-thru when all is done
