I had the pleasure of experiencing the exceptional service provided by 3 Step CarpetCleaning, and I must say, they exceeded all my expectations! They recently cleaned my sectional sofa, and the results were nothing short of amazing. The sectional looks as good as new, and I couldn't be happier.
What truly sets 3 Step CarpetCleaning apart is their professionalism and punctuality. The owner arrived right on time, ready to tackle the job with efficiency and precision. He was skilled but also incredibly responsive, addressing all my questions promptly.
I'm thrilled with the outcome, and I'll be turning to 3 Step CarpetCleaning for all my future carpetcleaning needs. The exceptional service, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction make them a top choice for my household.

I am very happy and impressed with the outstanding job that Vincent completed in our home. He was punctual and let me know when he was on his way. During this scary time, he took all the necessary precautions and he was a very personable guy. He left at noon and my carpets are dry and look brand new. Everything smells fresh and clean and because we have a dog, sometimes it is a bit stinky but not now. I will be continuing to keep 3 Step Carpet in my contacts. Thanks Vincent, for a job well done. It was also a pleasure to meet and chat with you. Take care and stay safe.
