- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices or flat there is no bait n switch. I ask what you want done thats the price no upselling of additional services
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Walking them through the process getting input on problem area, what was spilled and how long ago type question. I like having customer check on the job while its being done so i can answer any questions or concern then have a final walk-thru when all is done
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
