- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fee for me coming out to do a job is free I give free estimates . I also bid on jobs with a flat rate as well after the job is look at. Sometimes looking at picture will help a small amount but seeing it with my own eyes can help me to be able to give you the best price. I also try to work with budgets as best as I can as long as the price fit the job
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I personally like to take the time to meet with all my new customers to see what they want done. I ask lots of questions to try to find out what there looking for, also figure out what they can do an cant do. Doing home repairs are very hard to decide if the customer is being rush to pick thing out i find that it just make it a bad experience for the customer I'm willing to sit down go over thing with them to make sure things go as smoothly as they should to the best of my ability.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started at a very young age doing this kind of work. I also have a job doing this kind of work for 27 years an still counting the years to come.
