I'm in the process of getting my kitchen renovated. I called Wideman Renovation because of the good reviews on Thumbtack. Mr Wideman came out and installed the kitchen backsplash. He not only selected the materials needed to complete the job but also picked up everything thus saving me the trouble of lifting heavy items. He explained everything that needed to be done and the time of completion. He was very punctual and his work quality was exceptional. I will definitely hire him again as I have many projects to complete. He is also very reasonable with pricing.

Rob and his crew renovated my drab outdated kitchen. I went to Rob with the vision I had for a kitchen display I had scored. He worked with me to bring my vision to life. His estimates were fair and the work was quality. He came when his said he was coming and finished at my "week before Thanksgiving" timeline. My kitchen is now the gathering place for many good times with my family and friends. We are super pleased with the finished product and would highly recommend Wideman Renovation. I can't say enough good things about our experience.

I called Wideman Renovations regarding to a damaged window that needed repair. What can i say, Mr Wideman scheduled me for an appointment, walked me thru my repair options, etc. He returned a week later, on time and ready, he even cleaned up the area well - can't thank him enough. Will remember /recommend for future work!!

Hired for my parents as the overhang over thier garage was falling down. They demo'd the area and installed a new maintenance free system and it looks great...so great thier neighbors are considering doing the same. Awesone job!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fee for me coming out to do a job is free I give free estimates .
I also bid on jobs with a flat rate as well after the job is look at.
Sometimes looking at picture will help a small amount but seeing it with my own eyes can help me to be able to give you the best price.
I also try to work with budgets as best as I can as long as the price fit the job
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I personally like to take the time to meet with all my new customers to see what they want done. I ask lots of questions to try to find out what there looking for, also figure out what they can do an cant do. Doing home repairs are very hard to decide if the customer is being rush to pick thing out i find that it just make it a bad experience for the customer I'm willing to sit down go over thing with them to make sure things go as smoothly as they should to the best of my ability.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started at a very young age doing this kind of work. I also have a job doing this kind of work for 27 years an still counting the years to come.
