With all the stress of home buying, it is great to have such a quality professional on our side. KJ is extremely thorough and his inspection report is a thing of dreams! He detailed every last little thing with pictures and descriptions and what actions we should take to resolve any issues. As we were walking around, he explained what he saw and whether it was good, bad, or ugly. He gave his honest, unbiased opinion every step of the way. Truly could not ask for more because he went above and beyond. HIGHLY recommend, and will definitely reach out to him again for future inspection needs.

KJ is punctuate and professional. It took him a good 45 minutes to finish our one-bed condo inspection cause we have a central heat/cool system that needs extra time for him to take the temperature. Highly recommend him!
