  I try my best to be flexible and give the customer breaks wherever I can.

  first is to assess the situation, then break down what needs to be done and how it needs to be done. after is deciding whether it is in the customer's budget to proceed with the project.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I have over 10 years of experience as a contractor.
