Introduction: My coaching accelerated learning method using seven steps of transformation through one-on-one in person, or Skype, or on the phone, brings you a great benefit of finding out where you are stuck and how to remove your obstacles. By enabling you to create alternatives and change negative thinking to positive, I help you reconnect to your core beliefs, and your inner power that will help you manifest your goals and your vision. I provide you with space to build your capacity, believe in yourself, build your self-confidence, your self-esteem and remove your fears as you create a new vision for your life and work. I provide coaching on the job, and change people's behaviors and attitudes; I turn the complaints into opportunities, and dissatisfaction to satisfaction. I inspire, motivate and influence those who work with me, enabling them to become aware and take responsibility for change. The seven steps transformation strategies specialize in the development of winning HR mobilization strategies proven to benefit managers as much as employees. In order to help managers reduce their stress, we have found the key lies in joining the coach and mentor roles: the skills of a coach who knows the right questions to ask so that the student uncovers the right answers himself or herself; and the power of the mentor is to transfer and bring out the know-how in an influential leader. Whether you are faced with challenges associated with organizational growth, are about to revise certain processes, or are in the midst of implementing an important project, my role consists in helping you really, engage and mobilize all of the key stakeholders involved in carrying out the change.
