Rusty Pipes did our bathroom shower faucet. From the start of the process to the end, he was in constant communication with us. He explained and made us understand what he had to do to correct the issue and answered our questions as needed. The work was finished as promised and it came out very well. I am filing a complaint against Rusty Pipe Company. I paid a $200 deposit, but after that, no one returned to complete the job. They stopped responding to my messages, and no further communication was made. The person who initially showed up claimed to be licensed but it turned out no license and no work was ever done. This experience has been unprofessional and unacceptable.
