our technician came on time. He looked at our dryer told us what was wrong right away. This was on a Saturday. He ordered the part & said he would be back on Monday to install it. Since we work he is going to accommodate us & come when we get home. I appreciate that.

Brian did a great job completing repairs on the freezer/ice maker. Very professional and explained everything thoroughly.
The technician came to my home to my home exactly when he said he would and quickly diagnosed the problem. The fix was so simple for him that didnt even charge me for labor. He as also gave me great advice about another appliance I inquired about. I would definitely call them again with my appliance needs.

usually pricing goes service fee plus parts and labor. technician will always give you a full all in estimate before they proceed with any repair.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we make sure we can help you before we come out we determine distance, model of unit, and issue you are having to try our best to fix it the first time we come out but unfortunately that's not always possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
electrical systems, several years in training for miele & LG and more than 10 years on the job experience which is priceless experience in this line of work.
