I offer fair, upfront pricing based on the size and condition of the area. I don’t charge hidden fees—everything is included in your quote. I also run promotions, like $99 for two rooms (steam, shampoo, and deodorizer), and I offer discounts for multiple services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually start with a quick call or text to understand your needs. Then I either provide a free onsite estimate or ask for photos to give you a quote. Once we confirm the price, I schedule the job and show up on time with professional equipment, ready to do a thorough job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m certified in carpet and upholstery cleaning, mold remediation, water damage restoration, and asbestos inspection. I’ve been working in this industry for over 5 years and take pride in bringing both experience and care to every job I do.
