- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give free on-site estimates and we don't perform any work without your authorization.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will typically have a customer show us the area of concern, we will then check out the other drains in the vicinity to determine the appropriate solutions. We then present the customer with pricing options out of a menu price book before we start work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are very specialized in drains and have our own in-house training center for drain cleaning. We have weekly training sessions and mandatory safety training. We also are members of NASSCO (National Association of Sewer Service Companies) and follow all industry guidelines for sewer and drain servicing.
