- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees start at $130 for a typical simple federal and state return. I do offer discounts for multiple years.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a secure portal which my clients can use to upload their documents. After you upload your info I will do your return and send it to you for review and the paperwork for electronic filing. I require payment before filing the return, preferably by venmo or zelle, but also take credit cards or echecks. Once the return is accepted by the IRS, I would then send you the final copies of your returns for your records.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained originally with H & R Block and worked for them approximately 10 years. I update my training yearly and have recently worked for Intuit helping their tax clients with their returns.
