What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are reasonable and honest, a trait that has been long lost in the writing and editing community. I am all about loyalty and developing long-lasting work relationships with my clients. I always offer a bundle package discount of up to 20% as well as seasonal discounts!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is an initial consultation either in person or telephonically to discuss the project in its entirety. I stay in constant communication with my clients throughout the duration of the project until completion and include 1 FREE edit, if necessary.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors of Applied Science in Communication and Writing from Arizona State University. I have a concurrent degree in Legal Studies from an ABA-accredited institution.
