Hello my name is Benjamin Sar I have worked as an office equipments service technician for 16 years during this period, I worked for 2 major copiers / printers sales and service companies. Because of the pandemic I was laid off. In Februar 2020 the Idea of being self employed came to mind and here we are. With my levels of experience in this industry, I can assure all of my prospective customers that I will bring 100% of efficiencies to your homes and offices . I know how scary it can be at times having a total stranger in your home. I am trustworthy and a proud family man/ father of 2 teenagers. I will always inspect , advise and offer suggestions before commencing services on your equipments. I don’t charge for traveling to customers. And I do give discount on multiple equipments. I do my best to follow all Covid-19 protocols.

We were looking for a place to bring our HP Laser printer for paper jam issues/repair. We were fortunate and lucky to find Benjamin Sar. He is a very competent, honest & knowledgeable authority when it comes to repairing printers. I thought after buying my laser printer from Costco, am I just about to toss it into the garbage since HP repair since to be foreign to these HP dealers and the computer shops around that charge you an arm and a leg you’re better off just buying a new one. Not until we got lucky to discover Benjamin Sar, a nice human being who still has the patience to fix hard-earned purchased laser printers esp in America for us immigrants turned US citizens who are used to repairs back home instead of just buying and replacing and tossing into the garbage the American way.

Ben responded to my request within hours of my post. My printer would not grab the paper from the tray. Ben took apart the printer and thoroughly cleaned the printer. He also cleaned the scanner. He made certain that the printer was grabbing the paper and that the print quality was excellent. I am happy to have my printer working again!
