- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard pricing its 90$/H We offer multiple discounts depending on the kind of job. For referrals and new customers we offer a 20% off. Also for customers that leave us reviews we also offer 20% off
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we set up an appointment to check the job and we give a free estimate. When the customer approve the estimate we ask for a 40% deposit , when the deposit is paid we immediately put the customer on the earliest day or time avalaible. After the job is completely the 60% balance is due.
